Instructions

5.Spread half of the cheese mixture onto one of the flour tortillas. Place the other flour tortilla on top.

7.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Slice the quesadilla into 4 wedges using a sharp knife.
8.Serve with cherry tomatoes and a lime slice on the side if desired.
