Ingredients

1 lb shrimp ( shells off )
1 bulb of garlic
1 tablespoon sazon goya with coriander and annatto ( coriander and annatto , 2 packets )
1 small yellow squash
1 red pepper
1 large carrot
1/3 cup olive oil
salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2.Peel the bulb of garlic and place the cloves in a baking dish with the shrimp.
3.Cut the yellow squash, red pepper and carrot into small pieces and add them to the baking dish.
4.Sprinkle the sazon goya seasoning over the shrimp and vegetables, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and the vegetables are tender.
