1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 can corn ( drained ) or 2 cups frozen corn
sour cream ( optional )
ranch dressing ( optional )
salsa ( optional )
lettuce , shredded
tomatoes , cubed

Instructions
