2 plantains ( yellow )
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
cayenne pepper ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 400F (205C).
