2 peeled shallots , finely chopped

2 seeded roma tomatoes , chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro leaf , chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/2 jalapeno pepper , finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup fresh lime juice

Instructions

4.Mix everything together gently and serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
