1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes , to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup mexican cheese , shredded ( or Monterey Jack cheese )

Instructions
