Ingredients

1 lb beans , presoaked during a whole night
2 slices bacon , diced
1 slice ham , diced
100 g kraft yellow cheese ( American singles I think they are called in USA )
1 small mexican asadero cheese , separated in strands ( or a white mild and melty equivalent )
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup creme fraiche
1 teaspoon butter
Mexican Drippy Beans are a classic comfort food in Mexico. This dish is made with tender cooked beans, crispy bacon and ham, and a blend of melted cheeses. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2.Rinse the beans and place them in a large pot. Cover with water by 2 inches and bring to a boil over high heat.
3.Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, partially covered, until the beans are tender, about 1 hour.
4.Drain the beans and return them to the pot.
5.Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a plate and reserve for another use.
6.In the same skillet, cook the ham over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and reserve.
7.In a bowl, mix together the cheeses. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese mixture over the bottom of a 9- by 12-inch baking dish. Scatter half of the ham over the cheese. Top with half of the beans and sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Top with the remaining ham and beans and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
8.Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
9.Serve with a dollop of creme fraiche and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
