Ingredients

8 lamb chops ( I use mid-loin chops here in NZ )
1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons mint jelly
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.

7.Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
