Ingredients

pipis
1/2 cup rice
4 cloves garlic , chopped
1 red onion , cubed
2 ripe tomatoes , , cubed
2 eggs , made into omelet and chopped up small
sambal oelek ( or any other chilli )
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash oyster sauce
1 lemon , juice of
1 cup water
1 can good tuna

Instructions

3.In the same pot, add rice, garlic, onion, and tomato. Add the cooking liquid (about 1 cup) and enough water to cook the rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
4.Add the chopped omelet, sambal oelek, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tuna, and lemon juice. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
