18 oysters , in the shells
2 slices bacon
2 tablespoons pine nuts , roughly chopped
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh chives , finely chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

4.Remove pan from heat and stir in chives.
5.Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking tray.
6.Top each oyster with a piece of bacon, then spoon the pine nut mixture over the top.
7.Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the oysters are cooked to your liking.
