4 lbs leg of lamb ( bone in , 2 kg )
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
pepper
salt

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
2.Rub salt and pepper on all sides of the lamb leg.

5.Place the lamb leg in a roasting pan bone side down and bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes for medium-rare.
