4 lean beef schnitzel
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
4 -8 spinach leaves or 4 silver beet leaves
1 cup grated apple ( leave the skin on )
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Instructions

7.Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for a further 10-15 minutes until cooked.
