1 tablespoon cocoa ( level )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and line a Swiss roll tin with parchment paper.
2.In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

4.Pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly.
5.Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cake is just set.
6.Take the cake out of the oven and carefully roll it into a log shape while still hot.
7.Allow to cool completely before unrolling the cake and spreading whipped cream over it and rolling it back up into a log shape.
8.Cover the log with chocolate icing and decorate with chopped nuts and glace cherries.
9.Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
