Ingredients

180 g sweetcorn , canned

100 ml milk ( any type including soya , goats )
2 -3 dashes Tabasco sauce
black pepper , freshly ground
cheese , grated
gluten-free pasta ( or wheat-free pasta , or rice pasta )

Instructions
