Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

25 g very cold butter ( cut into 3 or 4 pieces )
2 medium apples
1 cup sugar
1 egg
125 g very soft butter ( either melted or very soft )
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
