Ingredients

2 cups strawberries
3/4 cup honey , divided
6 kiwi fruits , peeled and sliced
2 cups peaches
12 paper cups or 12 popsicle molds
12 wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

1.In a blender, puree strawberries and 1/4 cup honey until smooth.
2.Pour strawberry mixture into the bottom of each paper cup or mold, filling each about 1/4 of the way.
3.Place cups in the freezer for 30 minutes or until slightly firm.
4.In the same blender, puree kiwi and 1/4 cup honey until smooth.
5.Remove cups from the freezer and pour kiwi mixture on top of the strawberry layer, filling each cup about halfway.
6.Return cups to the freezer for another 30 minutes or until slightly firm.
7.In the same blender, puree peaches and 1/4 cup honey until smooth.
8.Remove cups from the freezer and pour peach mixture on top of the kiwi layer, filling each cup to the top.
9.Place wooden popsicle sticks in the center of each cup.
10.Return the cups to the freezer for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
