60 g butter
1/3 cup golden syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour or 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180C or 356F and line a baking tray with baking paper.

3.In a large bowl, sift in flour and cinnamon, then make a well in the center. Pour the butter mixture into the center of the well and gradually stir until well combined.
4.Roll the dough into balls and place them on the lined baking tray. Flatten the balls slightly with a fork. Bake for around 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring them onto a wire rack to cool.
5.Your Golden Cinnamon Biscuits are ready. Serve and enjoy!
