185 g dark chocolate
185 g butter , plus
extra butter , for greasing
3 eggs , plus
3 extra egg yolks
6 tablespoons caster sugar
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
cocoa powder , for dusting

Instructions

7.Bake for 12-15 minutes until the puddings have risen but are still soft in the centre.
8.Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then serve dusted with cocoa powder and a dollop of creme fraiche on top.
