Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken meat, finely shredded iceberg lettuce, grated carrots, sliced red capsicums, finely sliced red onion, sliced mangoes, chopped coriander, chopped mint, and roasted cashew nuts.
