Ingredients

2 teaspoons butter ( I actually used light Logicol )
1 small onion , finely diced
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 medium tomatoes , diced smallish
50 g lean leg ham , diced
1 can baked beans in tomatoes
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot made mustard
Tabasco sauce ( I estimate I used 1/2 teaspoon )
fresh ground black pepper
4 slices bread , toasted

Instructions

1.In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat
2.Add diced onion and garlic, cook until the onion is softened
3.Add diced tomatoes, diced ham, baked beans in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot made mustard, and Tabasco sauce
4.Season with black pepper and continue cooking for another 5 minutes
5.Toast the bread slices
6.Serve the baked beans mixture on top of the toast slices
