250 g cream cheese , softened
60 g butter , softened
1 cup icing sugar , sifted
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

7.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cupcakes comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
8.To make the frosting, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until creamy. Gradually mix in sifted icing sugar and lemon juice until smooth and well combined. Spread frosting on top of cupcakes using a spatula or piping bag.
