500 g pickling onions , peeled
2 teaspoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sultanas
250 ml water
bouquet garni
1 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper

Instructions
