2 tablespoons mint jelly
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
4 sheets phyllo pastry
25 g butter , melted

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.

5.Fold the sides in and roll the pastry up tightly like a strudel.

8.Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown.
