Instructions

1.Whip the cream and vanilla together to form stiff peaks.
2.In a pan add 120g of sugar and water and bring to a boil over a medium heat without stirring until golden brown.
3.Beat the eggs and then slow pour in the hot sugar syrup while mixing well.
4.Heat the golden syrup, caster sugar, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until melted.
5.Add the baking soda and mix well, then pour it into the egg mixture and fold well to combine.
6.Fold whipped cream into the mixture and pour it into a container.
7.Freeze the mixture for at least 5 hours.
8.To make the toffee sauce, heat the brown sugar, golden syrup, and cream together in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
9.Add the vinegar and simmer it for 5 minutes.
