Ingredients

4 sirloin steaks , preferably 5 cm thick and marbled
ground black pepper
250 g butter , at room temperature
8 cloves confited garlic , peeled ( see how to make in recipe below )
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon , zest of , finely grated
6 heads garlic
6 sprigs thyme
vegetable oil
The BBQ Sirloin Steak Supreme recipe is the perfect weekend grill recipe for any meat lover. We used sirloin steaks for this recipe but you can use any cut of steak that you prefer. Instructions

1.Preheat the barbecue grill to high heat.
2.Season the sirloin steaks generously with black pepper and set aside.
3.In a bowl, combine the butter, confited garlic, chopped thyme, red wine vinegar, and lemon zest. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until well combined.
4.Cut the tops off the heads of garlic and drizzle with a little vegetable oil. Place a sprig of thyme on top of each head and wrap in aluminum foil.
