Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.Rinse and pat dry the chickens using a paper towel.

5.Cut off the tops of garlic heads and place them upside down in a baking dish.

8.Brush the top of each chicken with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
9.Roast on the center rack of the oven for 90 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165°F when inserted in the thickest part of the chicken.
