5 slices cheese , singles roughly chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C and line a 12-hole standard muffin pan with muffin cases.

4.Add the flour mixture and stir to combine.
5.Add in the spring onions and cheese, and stir until well distributed.
6.Pour the batter into the muffin cases, filling each to about two-thirds full.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
