6 medium potatoes , cooked and mashed
600 g ground beef
1 small onion , chopped
1 large carrot , grated
1 chicken stock cube
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2/3 cup water

Instructions

1.In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.

4.Simmer the mixture for around 15 minutes until thickened.
5.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
6.Spread the cooked mashed potatoes evenly over the top of the beef mixture.
7.Place the dish in the oven and bake for around 25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.
