4 tomatoes ( medium 600g , seeded and chopped finely )

2 garlic cloves ( minced )
1 cup basil leaves ( fresh , loosely packed and then finely shredded )
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1.Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
2.Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
3.Cut the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop them finely.

5.Grill the mushrooms for 5 minutes on both sides.

8.Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar over the salad.
