125 g butter , softened
165 g brown sugar
1 egg
225 g plain flour
35 g self raising flour
35 g cocoa
200 g eating dark chocolate
85 g rainbow nonpareils ( hundreds & thousands in Australia )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Combine the butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
3.Crack in the egg and mix.
4.Add in the plain and self-raising flour, cocoa powder, and finely chopped dark chocolate. Mix well.
5.Add the rainbow nonpareils and stir until evenly distributed.
6.Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
7.Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes.
8.Once the cookies are done, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking tray.
