Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the boiling water, salt, roasted wattleseed, and macadamia nut oil.
2.In another bowl, mix the bread flour, sugar, instant yeast, bread improver, and chopped macadamia nuts.
3.Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix to form a dough.
4.Knead the dough for 10 minutes and set aside to rest for 10 minutes.
5.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
6.Divide the dough into two and shape into loaves.
7.Place the loaves into greased loaf pans and cover with plastic wrap.
8.Set aside to rise until the dough has doubled in size.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
10.Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
