Ingredients

15 ladyfingers
fresh mint leaves , to decorate
2 teaspoons gelatin
2 tablespoons water
1 cup vanilla-flavoured soy yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
170 g passionfruit pulp in syrup
2 egg whites
Yoghurt Passionfruit Slice is a no-bake dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion. It has a tangy and sweet flavor that is irresistible. Instructions

1.Line a 20cm x 20cm square baking pan with baking paper. Set aside.
2.Arrange ladyfingers in a single layer on the base of the lined baking pan. Set aside.
3.In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and stir. Set aside for 5 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.
4.In another bowl, whisk together yoghurt and honey until well combined.
5.Add passionfruit pulp into the yoghurt mixture and mix until well combined.
6.Pour in the dissolved gelatin and mix again until well combined.
7.In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
8.Gently fold in the whipped egg whites into the yoghurt mixture until evenly mixed and no white can be seen.
9.Pour the yoghurt mixture over the arranged ladyfingers in the baking pan.
10.Smooth the surface with a spatula. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until set.
11.Cut into squares and serve cold. Decorate with fresh mint leaves.
