Instructions

1.Preheat your sandwich maker and let it heat up. Cut the ready-made puff pastry into 4 equal squares.
2.Cook the smokies till crispy, mash the potatoes, and chop the onions, spring onions and tomatoes, chives, ham, and salami finely.
3.To assemble, place the puff pastry square on the base of the sandwich maker, add ham or salami, followed by the smokie, chopped onions and tomatoes, mashed potatoes, and grated cheese on top of the mound.
4.Close the sandwich and cook for 5 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
