Instructions

1.Peel and core the granny smith apples. Roughly chop them and place in a large saucepan.
2.Add stoned raisins, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes to the apples.
3.Add brown sugar, currants, ground cloves, preserved ginger, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and vinegar to the saucepan.
4.Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer until the chutney thickens and the mixture is reduced by half.
