Instructions

1.Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and tarragon
2.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Flip chicken to other side and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
3.In a mixing bowl, mix the spinach, avocado, tomatoes, cannellini beans, and mango together
4.Arrange cooked chicken slices on top of mixed ingredients.
