8 ounces basket cherry tomatoes , halved
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary , chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Pat lamb dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

4.Add the lamb and sear until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
5.Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the lamb registers 135°F for medium-rare, about 45 minutes.
6.Remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the lamb to a cutting board, tenting with foil.
