Ingredients

2 stalks celery
6 large mushrooms
2 carrots
3 cm piece fresh ginger
600 g fish fillets or 1000 g of whole fish

Instructions

1.Cut the celery and mushrooms into thick slices and the carrots into thin strips.

4.Season the fish with black pepper and sprinkle the grated ginger all over it.
