Ingredients

1 cup provolone cheese , grated
3 slices salami , finely chopped
2 tablespoons cream
6 sheets phyllo pastry
125 g butter , melted
Grissinis are a popular Italian appetizer with a history that dates back to the 19th century. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.In a bowl, mix together the provolone cheese and chopped salami. Add the cream and mix until well combined.
3.Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry, brush lightly with melted butter, and then lay another sheet on top. Repeat with remaining phyllo pastry until you have six layers.
4.Spread the provolone and salami filling over the top of the layered phyllo pastry.
5.Roll up tightly and cut into small pieces (around 10 cm long).
6.Place the grissinis on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with melted butter.
7.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
