6 chat potatoes

6 tablespoons guacamole
6 teaspoons salsa
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200C or 400F.
2.Wash potatoes and slice off a small section of the ends so they will sit flat.
3.Place potatoes on a baking sheet and spray with cooking oil spray.

5.Once baked potatoes cool, slice off the top of each potato and remove most of the potato flesh with a spoon.
6.Fill each potato with a tablespoon of guacamole.
