Panacotta is an Italian dessert that translates to 'cooked cream'. This delicacy is so much creamier than anything I've ever tasted, and this recipe, while being a healthier option, is no exception. The Strawberry Yoghurt Panacotta is a refreshing treat that's perfect for the summer months. This dessert requires only a few steps to complete and can be made in advance for a dinner party. With its vibrant and fresh flavor, this dessert will delight your taste buds and leave you feeling satisfied without the added guilt. Typically, Panacotta is served with a layer of fruit or a fruit sauce, and this recipe is no exception. The use of balsamic vinegar in the strawberry sauce adds a tangy acidity that complements the sweet flavors of strawberry, resulting in a delightful flavor combination.

Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, add strawberries and Splenda granular and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes.
2.Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and set aside the juice.

CONS

This dish does contain gelatin which is a product of animal bones and skin, so it may not be suitable for vegans/vegetarians.
