1 tablespoon parmesan cheese , grated
1/2 cup pasta sauce
12 large mushrooms
1 cup pasta sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Remove stems from mushrooms and chop into small pieces.
3.In a bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems, cooked rice, pasta sauce, crushed garlic, chopped basil, parsley, oregano, grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
4.Stuff the bowl mix into the mushroom caps.
5.Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish and top with remaining pasta sauce and grated mozzarella cheese.
6.Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
