200 g dark dairy free chocolate
130 g raw medjool dates , pitted
180 g organic cold-pressed coconut oil
30 g coconut flour
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20x20cm baking dish.
2.Place the dark chocolate in the bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 9.
3.Add the pitted dates into the bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 9.
4.Add the organic cold-pressed coconut oil into the bowl and melt for 3 minutes at 50°C on speed 2.
5.Add the coconut flour, eggs, vanilla extract and sea salt into the bowl. Mix for 1 minutes at speed 6.
6.Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
7.Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and serving.
