500 g star fruit
500 g pawpaw , chopped
2 limes , juice of ( juice only ) or 2 lemons , juice of ( juice only )
1 kg sugar

Instructions

1.Add star fruit and pawpaw into a pan and cook over medium heat for 40-50 minutes or until they start breaking down.

3.Cook for a further 30-40 minutes or until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy. Your jam is ready!
4.Scoop the mixture into jars and store in a cool place.
