Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, tahini, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve as the dipping sauce.
2.In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt and turmeric. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
3.In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Shake off any excess flour mixture from the cauliflower florets and add them to the skillet in batches. Fry until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
4.Remove the fried cauliflower from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Add more salt to taste.
