1 -2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 roma tomato , sliced
1/2 cup cheese , grated

9.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and potatoes are lightly goldened.
10.Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving.
