3/4 cup milk
80 g blue cheese , finely crumbled

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200C. Grease and lightly flour a baking tray.
2.Rub the chilled butter and flour to resemble breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl.
3.Mix in the blue cheese and thyme leaves.
4.Gradually add in the milk and mix until dough comes together.
5.Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently.
6.Using a cookie cutter, cut out rounds and place on the prepared baking tray.
7.Brush the tops of the scones with extra milk.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
