1 kg large green prawns , peeled and deveined
12 wooden skewers , soaked in water for 1 hour

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, combine lime juice, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, jamaican jerk spice, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
2.Add deveined and peeled prawns to the marinade, and stir well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3.Preheat the grill to high heat. Thread the prawns onto the soaked wooden skewers.
4.Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the prawns are pink and opaque.
5.Serve the skewers hot, garnished with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and your favorite side dishes.
