2 salmon steaks ( skin removed )
1 sheet puff pastry
1 sheet shortcrust pastry
100 g bocconcini
1 tablespoon capers ( finely chopped )
100 g cottage cheese
1/2 cup parsley ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup coriander ( finely chopped )
1 egg ( lightly beaten )
150 ml cream
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest ( zest from a 1/4 of a lemon )
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese ( grated )
2 teaspoons arrowroot

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2.Grease a baking sheet with butter and line it with a piece of baking paper.

5.Place the bocconcini, capers, cottage cheese, parsley, and coriander into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
