400 g green prawns , peeled
2 garlic cloves , diced finely
2 cm ginger , diced finely
1/2 bunch coriander leaves , picked and chopped finely
1 tablespoon lemongrass , finely diced
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 egg
1 tablespoon plain flour
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Instructions

1.In a food processor, pulse the prawns until they are coarsely chopped but not a paste.

3.Form the mixture into 8 patties and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
