6 hamburger buns , split
butter
3 tomatoes , sliced
6 slices cheese
6 tablespoons spicy pasta sauce
500 g ground beef
1/2 cup onion , chopped and lightly sauteed
2 cups Stove Top stuffing mix , sage & onion flavour
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1 teaspoon hot chili flakes
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic , minced
Sara's Chilli Beef Burger is a spicy twist on a classic beef burger. The patty mixture is made with ground beef, onion, sage & onion flavour Stove Top stuffing mix, and hot chili sauce and chili flakes for an added kick. Topped with a slice of cheese, spicy pasta sauce, and sliced tomatoes, this burger is perfect for anyone who loves their food with a bit of a kick. Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, mix together 500g ground beef, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 2 cups sage & onion flavour Stove Top stuffing mix, 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce, 1 teaspoon hot chili flakes, 1 egg, 1/2 cup water, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic until combined.
2.Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into patties.
3.Grill the patties until they are cooked through, about 4-6 minutes each side.
4.Lightly toast 6 hamburger buns and spread butter on them.
5.Place the cooked beef patties on the bottom half of each bun.
6.Add a slice of cheese to each patty and top it off with spicy pasta sauce and sliced tomatoes.
7.Cover with top buns and serve hot.
